Terms of Service

Last updated: January 1, 2026

These are the terms for using the FireVPN mobile application. By downloading or using FireVPN, you agree to everything below. If you don't agree with any of it, don't use the app.

1. What you're agreeing to

When you use FireVPN, you're agreeing to follow these terms. This applies to the app itself, any updates we release, and any related services. If we make changes to these terms in the future, we'll post the updated version here and update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

2. What FireVPN is

FireVPN is a free mobile application that creates a virtual private network connection on your device. It routes your internet traffic through our servers and encrypts it in transit. The app is available on Google Play and the Apple App Store. It costs nothing to download and use. We also offer VIP servers that you can access by earning minutes through normal use of the app.

We do our best to keep the service running smoothly, but we're a small team and things can break. Servers go down, connections drop, and speeds vary. We fix problems as fast as we can, but we can't promise the service will always be available or perform at any specific level.

3. Acceptable use

FireVPN is provided for personal, lawful use. When using the app, you agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal activity, including but not limited to distributing copyrighted material you don't own, accessing illegal content, or attempting to harm other people or systems.
  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or any form of automated abuse through our servers.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, infrastructure, or other users' connections.
  • Use the service in a way that overloads or disrupts our infrastructure, such as running bandwidth-intensive automated scripts 24/7.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app.

If we find that an account or device is violating these rules, we may block that device from connecting to our servers. We'd rather not do that, so please just use the app normally.

4. No warranties

FireVPN is provided as-is, with no guarantees of any kind. We don't promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, fast, or secure enough for any specific purpose. We don't guarantee that the VPN will work in every country or on every network. Some networks and countries actively block VPN traffic, and we can't control that.

The app is free. We put real effort into making it reliable and fast, but at the end of the day you're getting a free service and it comes with the limitations you'd expect from one.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, FireVPN and its developers are not liable for any damages that come from using or being unable to use the app. This includes direct damages, indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or anything else. If something goes wrong because of FireVPN — a dropped connection, a slow server, a misconfigured route — the most we're responsible for is what you paid us, which is zero.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page and post the new version. If the changes are significant, we'll try to let you know through the app or on our website. It's your responsibility to check back occasionally. If you keep using FireVPN after we've updated the terms, that means you accept the changes.

7. Contact

If you have questions about these terms, or if you need to reach us for any reason, you can email us at hello@firevpn.net. We read everything and we'll get back to you.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FireVPN operates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in effect.
